港澳台侨学生“知行融创”分层进阶实战化全场景育人体系构建研究——以暨南大学为例

摘要:

面向港澳台侨学生,培养其成为胜任粤港澳大湾区及“一带一路”发展需求的高素质创新型人才,是新时代高校落实国家战略的重要育人使命。本文基于“分类培养、分流教学、同向融合”的理念,全面梳理暨南大学十余年来港澳台侨学生实战化全场景育人体系的构建及特色。坚持“知行融创”分层进阶的实施路径:构建覆盖国情教育、专业理论、创新创业和智慧课堂的课程育人场景;打造“四力塑造”为导向的实战品牌矩阵,形成立足湾区、面向海外的主题实践场景;搭建数智融合的泛在化教学环境,创设开放共享、智能交互的智慧虚拟场景;畅通创新创业成果转化链条,建成专创协同的创新创业场景。该体系能有效引导港澳台侨学生实现价值认同内化、实践能力淬炼、职业竞争力与全球视野的同步提升。在此基础上,探索新时代港澳台侨学生实战化能力培养体系的发展对策。

Abstract:

To cultivate overseas Chinese students and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan into high-quality innovative talents competent for the development needs of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and the Belt and Road Initiative is an important educational mission of universities in the new era to implement national strategies. Based on the concept of “classified cultivation, streamed teaching, and integrated development in the same direction”, this paper comprehensively reviews the construction and characteristics of the practical full-scenario education system for such students established by Jinan University over more than a decade. It adheres to the hierarchical and progressive implementation path of knowledgepractice-integration and innovation: constructing a curriculum education scenario covering national conditions education, professional theories, innovation and entrepreneurship, and smart classrooms; building a practical brand matrix oriented by “Four-Capability Cultivation” to form themed practice scenarios rooted in the Greater Bay Area and facing the whole world; establishing a ubiquitous digital-intelligent integrated teaching environment to create open, shared and intelligently interactive smart virtual scenarios; smoothing the transformation chain of innovation and entrepreneurship achievements, and building an innovation and entrepreneurship scenario featuring specialty-innovation coordination. This system can effectively guide overseas Chinese students and students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan to internalize value identity, temper practical abilities, and simultaneously enhance professional competitiveness and global vision. On this basis, this paper explores measures for the development of a practical ability cultivation system for such students in the new era.
