本文通过半结构性访谈、开放式及封闭式问卷等调查方法和因子分析、多元回归分析等量化研究方法，对国际中文教育志愿者这一群体的志愿精神进行分析，并从志愿者个体、专业、环境等角度探索该群体志愿精神的影响因素。研究发现，“奉献、热爱、互助、乐观”是代表国际中文教育志愿者志愿精神的关键词。国际中文教育志愿者志愿精神总体评价良好，其内涵包括认知、情感和实践三个维度，其中，认知维度优于情感维度，情感维度优于实践维度。国际中文志愿者志愿服务的专业水平对其志愿精神的影响最为显著，社会属性对其志愿精神的影响较为显著，志愿工作的社会环境对志愿精神的影响并不显著。最后，本文从政策主体、教育主体、实践主体三个角度提出建设性意见，以期为国际中文教育志愿者可持续高质量发展提供支撑，助力中国特色的志愿服务繁荣发展。

This paper analyzes the volunteer spirit of volunteer Chinese language teachers through semi-structured interviews, open-ended and closed-ended questionnaires, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and other quantitative research methods. From the perspectives of individual volunteers, professions, and environments, this study explores the influencing factors of the volunteer spirit of this group. The study finds that “dedication, love, mutual assistance and optimism” are key words representing the volunteer spirit of volunteer teachers of Chinese. The overall evaluation of the volunteer spirit of volunteer Chinese language teachers is good, and its connotation includes cognitive, emotional, and practical dimensions. Among them, the cognitive dimension is better than the emotional dimension, and the emotional dimension is better than the practical dimension. The professional level of volunteer service of connotation has the most significant impact on their volunteer spirit, while their social identity has a relatively significant impact. The social environment of volunteer work has no significant impact on their volunteer spirit. In conclusion, this paper offers constructive suggestions from three perspectives of policy makers, educators, and practitioners to support the sustainable and high-quality development of volunteer Chinese language teachers and contribute to the prosperity of China's unique volunteer service.
