以真实经济合同为语料，以“的”字结构、处置式和“被”字句为例，本文对汉语经济合同的句法特征进行描写与分析。对经济合同文本语言特征的研究对我们更好地理解语言形式与功能之间的关系，理解语体对语法结构的制约作用，对完善汉语商务合同语言体系及专门用途语言教学研究都有重要意义。

Using authentic Chinese business contracts as the corpus, and focusing on the de （的）-construction, disposal constructions, and the bei （被）-construction, this paper describes and analyzes the syntactic features of Chinese business contracts. The study of these linguistic features contributes to a better understanding of the relationship between linguistic form and function, as well as the influence of genre on grammatical structures. It also provides a helpful reference for the development of the linguistic system of Chinese business contracts and research in Chinese for Specific Purposes(CSP) education.
